InXile Entertainment To Continue With RPG Titles

Obsidian Confirms Aliens RPG Footage

Obsidian Entertainment has confirmed that the leaked footage is indeed from the cancelled Aliens RPG.Obsidian’s Matthew Rorie posted up on the official Obsidian forums, confirming that the footage was real by writing “Just to be clear, this is from an extremely early pre-production build.”This would imply that it’s still a very long way from what the game would have looked like and was more proof of concept than anything, but it’s still interesting to see.Sadly, the footage has been yanked from YouTube by Sega, although it may well be floating around elsewhere online.Obsidian’s Aliens RPG was cancelled back in June 2009.
