Re: Skyrim Approaches; Leaks abound...
Apparently werewolves and the dark brotherhood have both been confirmed as being in the game.

Re: Skyrim Approaches; Leaks abound...
I don't know how they are going to make companions work. The best part of Elder scrolls games is adventuring alone.
Ignoring the fact that I'm the author of the post titled "Skyrim is a potential disaster", I am just hating almost every change they've made (conceptually).
I'm sure console players won't even notice, but those of that have been around since Daggerfall are pretty unhappy.
Awesome video though =P

Re: Skyrim Approaches; Leaks abound...
I'm a little concerned about the consolitis as well, but still hoping that other aspects of the game will still make it worth playing. Won't be sure until I can get my hands on it.

Skyrim is the first TES that got me VERY EXCITE!
I'll be playing on PC, hopefully it will last until D3 comes out.

Totally apathetic. And I'm a die-hard ES fan.
Finishing moves... seriously... how the mighty have fallen.

Re: Skyrim Approaches; Leaks abound...
Played it for a few hours now. You can tell the consolitis has hit it, but it's not as game breaking as some have suggested. In some ways its for the better. I find myself not quite so focused on only leveling the proper skills at the proper time to avoid gimping my character, for example. Spending more time exploring and less time doing math.
So far I've ran away from a dragon, killed some bandits, shoved a lightning bolt up a would be assassin's backside, made a potion, ate a moth and stole a cabbage. Just normal everyday things. The chicken did look a little suspicious though...

Re: Skyrim Approaches; Leaks abound...
jeeeeeez. I've just played it for around 28 hours pseudo straight. It's alot better than Oblivion I must say, and with few fixes (MOUSE ACCELERATION!!!) the game is, dare I say, better than Morrowind.
This is obviously GOTY but the year HAS been disappointing.
