Re: Hellgate: London is back
Always wanted to play this game, but it went down before I even got a chance to try.

The original version was better.

Re: Hellgate: London is back
I will say that there's no debating that the old single player version was superior in terms of mechanics.
The alpha ravagers don't jump anymore (lame).
However, the new game actually has incorporated content that makes you really, really be good to complete solo. More often than not, you're going to have to team up to complete a few bits of it.
They've added a ton of content to the high end (or at least I never saw it before). They also took out a lot of the irritation and fixed a lot of the broken stuff.

I remember this game having sooooooo much potential, but it went down in flames before i even had the chance to buy it.
How much will this game cost?

Re: Hellgate: London is back
Nothing.
I've paid exactly zero dollars.
I just don't use the in-game store for any reason.

Re: Hellgate: London is back
One of the few games I actually bought the collectors edition....what a let down :(
Alright so...because I'm a gaming feign I start pondering hellgate london again.....
Anyone who is currently playing this, is it any better now?
Is it truly worth re-downloading?
A scale of 0-10 would be great on a personal opinion basis only.

Re: Hellgate: London is back
I personally give it an 8. But, that's pretty useless because almost no one has the same preferences.
If you hated it before, there's no reason you would like the game now. None.

Re: Hellgate: London is back
This really doesn't change my opinion of the game. It really had no right to have sub fees in the first place.

Re: Hellgate: London is back
I am looking for personal opinions and I do know that they vary from person to person, my idea is to get a general assessment if its worth my time or not. I didn't dislike it before, but there were some issues. I'm just determining if I want to play it as I am indecisive.
