Ten most overrated games of all time

Vanilla WoW and TBC were very good, and upto their ratings. Wotlk and Cata just plain sucked

Actually, I liked WotLK better than TBC. My tankadin was especially grateful.

Couldn't get into Cata, though.

There was a lot to like about WotLK, but it had some serious flaws that definitely caused some damage to the game. Cata IMO was a good effort to fix what Wrath broke, but fell short of achieving that goal. It didn't deliver enough to prevent me from canceling my account after a few months.

I've since bounced around between a few MMOs, but haven't found one I've been able to stick with for long. The Secret World looks promising, but its got a while yet before release.

Secret World apparently is going to ship and be played simultaneously by PC and console users, which automatically disqualifies it as anything worth playing.

Not necessarily, but we'll see. They should be starting the beta test sometime soon (as in Blizzard "soon"), so we can get an idea of how badly its suffering from consolitis then.

Most sequels are overrated because their riding off the hype of the original. There has been a number of disappointing games I have picked up hoping it would live up to the original and instead I ended up taking them back to the game store within a week.

Here is my favorite Mass Effect. I never thought you've place it in top 6. Though I play other games sometimes like halo.
