Survival games(Robinson crusoe style)?

Is there any games out there something like the ones below??

Theres an old game called Robinsons reqium where you have to survive on what you find:



This game(below)is more basic in that its cut out story/adventure part becoming more a pure puzzle game but it has the basic finding stuff and making things to survive.
(also as the author states limited inventory space makes it a tedious game):



Also to some degree Fallout 3 gives this feeling of survival but its more illusionary than the other games above as you cant starve or get sick etc(but might give you an idea what Im liking in these games).

I heard Fallout: New Vegas will have a hardcore mode, where you will need water, stimpacks heal over time ect. ect.

I think Monster hunter has some of the right stuff for a survival game as well Subtle things like sharpening your blade,cooking meat etc.I think if they took stuff from all these games and maybe added in some physics for making animal traps ,shelter and maybe a raft etc they'd have the perfect survival game.

I dont normally play HC mode in RPGs as I dont play for that experience but I think it would suit FO3 with the world its in and intensify that feeling of surviving.
