Codemaster have announced that their racing title Race Driver 2, which is due for release next spring on PS2, Xbox and PC, will feature the new Aston Martin DB9. Other cars featured include the Aston Martin DB5, famous for its appearances in James Bond films, the fabulous Ford GT, the super fast Koenig C62, the Land Rover Bowler Wildcat, the Nissan Skyline GT-R (R34), and the Jaguar XJ220.

The game should have broad appeal with it's selection of car types which include GT Sports Car Racing, Street Racing, Rally, DTM, V8 Supercars, Global GT Lights, Rally Cross, Formula Ford, Open Wheel Grand Prix and Classic Car Racing.

The game will also features 52 racing circuits at world famous locations including Laguna Seca, Surfers Paradise, Euro Speedway, Donington Park, Kyalami and Road America.

The game certainly sounds promising but you'll have to wait a while until it hits shelves. For now, feast your eye on these new PC and Xbox screens.
