Half Life 2 Comes to ECTS

Later this month Vale will be heading to London to showcase Half Life 2 at this year's ECTS as part of the VUGames line-up. MOst of the VUGames stand will be dominated by Half Life 2 which will be presented by Valve inside a purpose-built soundproofed amphitheatre.
According to George Georgiou, Marketing Director for VUG UK: "Half-Life 2 is by far the most anticipated PC game this year, highlighted by its incredible reception at E3. For Valve to choose ECTS to premiere the game in Europe is a huge honour for VUG UK."

Andy Lane, Director of ECTS organiser CMP, says of Valve's participation at the show: "Great games, like Half-Life 2, are what London Games Week is all about: showcasing the very best the industry has to offer, getting the media focused on the creativity within interactive entertainment and in turn, getting world class titles in front of new players. Half-Life 2 will undoubtedly be one of the biggest hits of the show and we look forward to welcoming Vivendi and Valve to London Games Week and seeing the game in all its glory on the ECTS show floor."

I think we know who'll be scooping most of this year's ECTS awards.
