My second story of the day, and the second one that disappoints me. Not only is Metro: Last Light delayed, but now Twisted Metal is delayed in Europe. 1 March is being touted as the new release date, although that's not confirmed.
Lead man David Jaffe confirmed the news, adding that the European addition will also undergo censorship to tone down some of the game's violence.
On the matter of what might be being censored:
"For example, in the scene we've released on the net from the intro- where the girl stabs Tooth in the eye- the SCEE version has this but we cut away right before the scissors make contact with Tooth's face," said Jaffe.
Of course, PS3 games are region free... so you could import you US edition which is still launching on 14 February.
The official Sony Europe line is:
SCEE can confirm that the PAL release will be later than the February 14th SCEA date, further information on the specific launch days in each region will be shared in due course.
