Disney are new owners of El Shaddai publisher UTV Ignition

The House of Mouse has purchased a majority stake in UTV, the media conglomerate based out of India. UTV owns UK publisher UTV Ignition.
That means Disney now owns UTV Ignition, the publishers of the so-bad-it's-good horror game Deadly Premonition, our former Portable Game of the Week Quarrel and the beautiful El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron.
Disney has not yet announced its plans regarding the future of the publisher.
