Witness the 'Pirouette Air Grind' in SSX [Video]

All of the characters in EA's forthcoming back-to-the-original-name entry in the SSX series will have a signature move. In the new trailer below, you can see the 'Pirouette Air Grind' which is an understandably tricky move belonging to Kaori Nishidake.

Quite how you can do this without falling off the board and collapsing into the snow like a crumpled puppet is beyond me, but it certainly looks impressive in motion. Nishidake even manages to keep her headphones on, which is clearly just showing off.

In other SSX news, it's been revealed that (surprise, surprise) the title will feature one of EA's much-beloved Online Passes. The option to purchase one was spotted in footage of the game by eagle-eyed neogaf forumites. No details of what this particular pass will exclude from the final version of the title have yet been released.

It has also emerged that there will be no split-screen mode in the game. Sorry all you fans of local multiplayer.
