The website nohopeleft.com seems to be a crafty viral advertising scheme deployed by Capcom to promote Resident Evil 6.
Featured on the site is a video of scared woman hiding in her home from an unseen aggressor/s. The page also features multiple biohazard symbols, with one of the 'blog posts' tag 'biohazard sign'.
As you're no doubt aware, 'Biohazard' is the name of Resident Evil in Japan.
Further, the site also features various images of posters from (supposedly) around the world, with the words 'no hope left' sprayed on them. The date 19.01.12 (tomorrow) is also featured extensiely throughout the site, hinting at some kind of announcement/trailer/teaser tomorrow.
Nohopeleft.com is registered to Identity Protection Service, a company Capcom employed to head up a prior viral campaign for Resident Evil: Operation Raccon City.
