The UKIE has released full details regarding the top-selling games of 2011 in the UK. Included in the listing are details of the all-format numbers, as well as console specific breakdowns.
Modern Warfare 3, Fifa 12, Battlefield 3, Zumba Fitness and Skyrim make up, unsurprisingly, the top five best-sellers overall. However, it's nice to see the likes of L.A. Noire and Saints Row: The Third (two games that made it into our top 25 of 2011 list) also crack the top ten.
It's interesting that, of the top five best-selling PC games of 2011, Modern Warfare 3 is not included... while Football Manager walks away with the top two spots. However, it's worth noting (particularly as far as the PC chart is concerned) that the sales numbers have been taken from physical retail figures, digital sales have not been included.
