San Fierro and Las Venturas not in GTA V

Grand Theft Auto V (GTAV)

It was revealed in yesterday's GTA V trailer that the city of Los Santos (a fictional version of Los Angeles) will feature in the upcoming game from Rockstar North. Los Santos was first seen in GTA: San Andreas, leading many (ourselves included) to ponder whether or not that game's other cities of Las Venturas and San Fierro would also make an appearance.

Rockstar have today confirmed to IncGamers that they will not.

"...the city of Los Santos and surrounding hills, countryside and beaches in the largest and most ambitious game Rockstar has yet created," we're told in an official statement from the publisher/developer.
