Rift: Ashes of History kicks of tomorrow

RiftTRION  get ready to launch their next Rift world event, Ashes of History.

This latest game and content update for the MMO will bring new daily quests, rifts and invasions offering Magma Opals which can be used to acquire new rewards such as rare and epic weapons, a glittering oreling companion, and the Ash Strider mount.

In this event, players will go up against the forces of earth and fire and there's also the Wanton and Golden Maw cultists who have joined forces to find and transport mysterious artifacts across the Telaran sea. What are they up to? That's for you to find out.

The update will more than likely go live at the usual daily patch times which are around 2AM in Europe (12 October).
