Sony amends Chrono Trigger/Final Fantasy VI PSN announcement

Chrono TriggerUPDATE: Sony has amended the announcement, stating that "This post incorrectly identified the release of two PSone Classics, Final Fantasy VI and Chrono Trigger. These titles will not be releasing on PSN at this time." No further information is provided as yet. The original story follows.

A couple of classic RPGs will be available through PlayStation Network (via the PSone Classics system) this week.

The time-travelling, robot dancing, frog fencing wonder that is Chrono Trigger is one of them, and Final Fantasy VI, a game I can only describe as 'one of those Final Fantasy titles' is the other.

Both will be available later this week, on whichever day PSone Classic titles get added in your region. No price details have been released with this announcement, so they could be anything up to $10 USD each.
