Rage novel out now

Official game-accompanying book available now, £4.89 on Amazon.

Rage, the novel-based-on-game, is out now. The paperback-only release has a RRP of £6.99, although Amazon.co.uk have it listed for £4.89.

Penned by Matthew Costello, the book is "based on" id Software's upcoming first-person shooter Rage. The official blurb for the book is as follows:

The asteroid Apophis has annihilated Earth, and only a small percentage of humanity’s best and brightest have been saved. Buried deep below the ground in life-sustaining Arks, these chosen few are tasked with one vital mission—to restore civilization to a devastated planet hundreds of years after the impact.

Rage is due out on 7 October, 2011 in the UK for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
