The Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) has rated the original Crysis for both Xbox 360 and PS3, suggesting a console port may be on the cards.
Crytek's latest engine (CryEngine 3) is up to the task of making a multiplatform game, as shown by the release of Crysis 2 across PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.
In light of the ESRB rating (which, incidentally, gives Crysis a 'mature' label for "Blood, Strong Language, Violence"), a retroactive console port may well be on the way.
