In what is becoming a daily event, Heroes of Newerth has seen its login server taken down by a LulzSec denial of service attack.
The group has also clarified a couple of details about yesterday's activities. Apparently, none of these games are being 'hacked', LulzSec is using denial of service (DDoS) attacks to bring down login servers and the like.
In addition, the targets are allegedly being chosen by members of the general public, who were invited (via Twitter) to call a LulzSec phone line and request prospective takedowns. That's how EVE, Minecraft and (later) League of Legends were singled out yesterday.
The group claim to have "between 5-20 people ringing" their hotline "every single second" and also say they can forward this line "anywhere in the world." A further Twitter post suggests the line was pointed towards World of Warcraft customer support for a bit, before being redirected to an FBI desk in Detroit.
Update: EVE Online has also had its login servers knocked down for a second day in a row.
