Techland's Dead Island isn't all fancy, choreographed CGI trailers you know. It's also images of zombies being hit in the face with baseball bats.
I know this, because I've seen the images below. And soon, using your eyes, you will have too. There's a couple of home-run slugger shots, a pair with some guns and one of what appears to be a trip to the doctors. Which seems like a decent plan, really.
