Warhammer 40K: Space Marine Coming In August

Good news for those who like purifying the unclean in the name of the Emperor, as THQ announces that Relic's Warhammer 40K: Space Marine will be released in August.

The publisher has also revealed that those loveable hordes of Chaos (pictured below) will be featuring in the game, so you'll be able to churn through them with your bolter as well as loads of Space Orks.

Warhammer 40K: Space Marine is due on Xbox 360, PS3 and, after a bit of dithering, PC. Read what John thought when he previewed the game back in August of last year.

For other Relic-developed Warhammer 40K shenanigans, take a look at the IncGamers preview of both single-player and multiplayer aspects of Dawn of War II: Retribution.
