It's been quite some time since we saw anything from id's Rage.
The last major piece of news about the shooter was back in August last year, when a release date of 13 September (16 September in Europe) was announced.
Three screenshots aren't exactly a lot, but given a news-drought of almost six months it's better than more nothing.
