November Update For Lord Of The Rings Online Expands Free Content

A November update to Lord of the Rings Online has been detailed at the official LotRO site, with full patch notes also available to read here.

Of particular interest is the expansion of free content for 'free to play' users. All epic storyline quests are now freely accessible, and players can level their way up to 65 if they wish.

In addition, Rune-Keeper and Lore-Master classes have received a few updates and improvements - including upgrades to the Lore-Master's pet appearance and abilities. Elf and Dwarf starting areas have been updated too, "throwing you into the conflict between the proud Longbeards and the greedy Dourhands" if you begin as one of those short, bearded fellows.
