NCSoft Readies Big Aion Update

NCsoft are getting ready to deploy their biggest Aion update. Arriving on the PTS today and on the live servers on 17 November, players will experience significantly increased drop rates along with "consistent in-game event schedules (Dredgion and Fortress Siege times)".

According to NCSoft this update to the gaming environment is the single biggest change ever implemented by NCSoft across its entire portfolio of games. NCSoft are also introducing the Aion Adventure Guide which is designed to give players help in finding content appropriate for their character levels and help with progression and rewards.

NCSoft are obviously keen to keep players progressing and bring in new players as they head towards the next update. NCSoft also state that the Aion team will release Aion 2.5 early next year.
