Namco to Release EVE Online: Commissioned Officer Edition

CCP and Namco are releasing a new retail version of EVE Online here in the UK and Germany called EVE Online Commissioned Officer Edition

This latest boxed edition will include an exclusive in-game item, the Cerebral Accelerator, which is a military-grade implant that significantly increases a new pilot’s skill development to speed things up for new players but only work for the first 30 days. The Cerebral Accelerator can only be used on the first character created on the account.

Also in the box are a 30 day subscription and an EVE poster with hints and tips. This version can also be used to start a new account or convert a free trial or buddy program trial account into a full account.

EVE Online: Commissioned Officer Edition will release this December.
