The much-anticipated patch for Codemasters' F1 2010 is now available for PC versions of the game, with Xbox 360 and PS3 patches still going through their respective certification processes.
Unfortunately, the official Codemasters forum seems to be suffering a massive digital hemorrhage at present, but you can grab Patch 1.01 manually at Fileplay or Patches Scrolls. Steam copies of the game should update themselves automatically.
A gigantic changelog can be read here. In summary, the patch should solve multiple AI issues, corruption of saved data and add Direct X 11 support.
