Bethesda is celebrating this week after Chart-Track revealed the latest Fallout title ‘outperformed’ every other game in the series by some margin.
According to the chart organiser ‘Fallout: New Vegas is the new no.1, comfortably beating Bethesda’s previous record holder Fallout 3, which debuted at no.1 in 2008’.
Chart-Track revealed that Fallout: New Vegas sold 29% more copies during its debut week than its record-breaking predecessor.
It wasn’t such good news for EA, however, after its major hope Medal of Honor saw its sales fall by a massive 48%, with FIFA 11 sales also falling by 30%.
