Epic Mickey Will Feature World Changing Gameplay, Confirms Producer
22 Oct 2010 at 13:10:09 by Dave GibbonEpic Mickey producer Adam Creighton has revealed that the game world in the forthcoming Wii exclusive will alter ccording to the player’s actions.
Creighton, who is in charge of the gameplay, AI, animation and internal tools team, also revealed that the way in which other characters in the game treat you will alter depending on your actions.
Speaking to IGN, Creighton said: “As you play through Disney Epic Mickey, what you do affects you and the game world, and changes how the game plays out. This includes what Guardians you attract, how many, which quests you can finish (and which you can't), and how you finish the quests you do choose to take on. Some of your actions will affect who is in a particular part of the world, and how they treat you, including whether they choose to even give you quests.”
Epic Mickey will be released for the Nintendo Wii November 26.
