Gran Turismo 5 could have motorcycles added to it via a downloadable pack, its developer has confirmed.
The top director at Polyphony Digital Kazunori Yamauchi has said motorcycles will not feature at launch, but could be added at a later date.
Speaking to PSM3, Yamauchi said: “The environment we have right now allows us to drive motorcycles, but we need to get Gran Turismo 5 done first.
“Once that's out of the way, if there's a strong demand for bikes, that's something we'd consider.”
Gran Turismo 5 will include over 800 cars when it launches on PS3, supposedly in time for Christmas.
