The game is not even released in the EU until 22 October, but PC modding tools have already been issued for Fallout: New Vegas.
Bethesda and Obsidian have made the New Vegas G.E.C.K. (Garden of Eden Creation Kit) available for download, so all you budding modders can get to work crafting weird, wonderful or disturbing things to put on the strip.
New additions to the modding tools include "support for low-intelligence dialogue options," meaning you can potentially fashion entire quests based around the sounds "duuh," "buuh" and "mrruh?"
