Codemasters has told IncGamers that F1 2010 has had its character rendering and animation technology ‘greatly enhanced’ to offer greater capabilities than previously achieved.
The game’s producer said that the game can now animate ‘hundreds’ of pit crew allowing all drivers to enter the pits simultaneously should the need arise.
Paul Jeal, Senior Producer at Codemasters Birmingham studio, told IncGamers: “The character rendering and animation technology has been greatly enhanced to cope with the simultaneous rendering of hundreds pit crew mechanics and race engineers plus all of their equipment and spares, so that all cars can dive into the pits at the same time should the weather conditions drastically change.”
F1 2010 will launch for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC on September 24.
