Ubisoft's strategy title R.U.S.E. is definitely not released today in North America, and is certainly not going to be available in EU regions from 10 September.
Aha! That's actually exactly what's happening! See how effective ruses are? Ok ... maybe that was a poor example. Anyway, the point is that the deception-heavy RTS is beginning a staggered launch across the globe today and there's a trailer to celebrate.
