Telltale's Mystery Game Revealed To Be Poker Night At The Inventory

There was much speculation that Telltale's PAX game reveal would have something to do with playing cards - after all, several of the silhouetted characters appeared to be holding them.

This has proved to be some pretty smart guesswork, as Telltale has now revealed the title to be Poker Night At The Inventory. It will be, they promise "more than just another poker title," thanks to the interaction between the unusual participants.

With Tycho Brahe (of Penny Arcade fame), Max (from Sam & Max), Strongbad (of Strong Badia) and the Heavy from Team Fortress 2 all included, the competition could get a touch heated. Hopefully they'll all make it out alive.

Telltale is already running a pre-order promo of 25% off the asking price of another non-sale title when you buy Poker Night. The game is scheduled for release this autumn on PC (a Mac version is not confirmed yet.)
