Treyarch: We're Just Focussed On Making Best Possible Game
26 Aug 2010 at 15:14:26 by James ChalmersTreyarch community manager Josh Olin has talked to IncGamers about Bobby Kotick's statement about Call of Duty: Black Ops receiving the biggest launch that Activision has ever invested in.
Asked whether Kotick's statement has put pressure on the game having to deliver Olin joked, “If the boss says it has to be, It had better be, right?”
The community manager then explained, “My interpretation of that was that they’re going to put the biggest amount of support behind it than any other title they’re put behind so far. That’s the way I’d word that. If that happens, great, I really hope it does. I hope we can set new records, that would be wonderful. At Treyarch we’re just focussing on making the best game possible, and hopefully if we succeed in that, then we’ll make the best game we’ve ever made, and good things will come of it.”
9 November, that's when the Xbox, PC and PlayStation community can go Call of Duty crazy once again, so you've still got plenty of time to save them pennies for that ridiculous Prestige Edition.
