Capcom has confirmed plans to release a downloadable patch for Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition that will make it Move-compatible on the PlayStation 3.
The firm will unveil the patch on September 15th in the UK and September 19th in the US to coincide with the launch of the Move device itself.
The patch, which will only work with the Gold Edition of the game due to what Capcom describe as ‘technical reasons’, will be free on PSN and will allow gamers to use the Move controller together with the Navigation device.
All versions of Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition that are released after the launch of Move will come with built-in support for Sony’s device.
