No rest for the wicked over at Blizzard, the first post-release patch has hit Battle.Net which offers a couple of fixes taking the game to v1.0.1
Bug Fixes
Campaign saves have been optimized.
Fixed an issue with sound not playing on some 7.1 systems.
While we are on the subject of StarCraft 2, also note that ATI has just released new Catalyst beta drivers that will enable anti-aliasing with ATI cards which they said they were working on earlier today. The new drivers can be picked up from ATI now.
