Double XP Weekend For Aion Announced

NCsoft has announced a “Double Your Fun” weekend and also announced inactive accounts will be reactivated for the promotion to persuade previous players to return.

Starting this Friday and running through to Sunday players will be able to level up twice as fast with double XP being rewarded for everything you achieve in the game.

Details for each server and when the double XP promotion starts can be found below:

• Siel & Vaizel—Friday, July 30th @ 8:00 a.m. PDT until Monday, August 2nd @ 3:00 p.m. PDT
• Israphel & Zikel—Friday, July 30th @ 8:00 a.m. EDT until Monday, August 2nd @ 3:00 p.m. EDT
• Nezekan—Friday, July 30th @ 8:00 a.m. AEST until Monday, August 2nd @ 3:00 p.m. EDT

The free expansion Assualt on Balaurea will launch on 7 September and includes an increased level cap as well as new weapons, items and added instances. Sounds like a good time to be an Aion player.
