The planned special edition for upcoming Formula 1 racing title F1 2010 has been scrapped by Codemasters.
The game’s official twitter page revealed the disappointing news saying it was due to “a number of factors.”
“Is anyone waiting to hear about a Special Edition before pre-ordering? Won't be happening now so I'd pre-order if time is critical,” the tweet confirmed.
It’s not the only thing Codemasters has had to sacrifice in the lead up to the game’s launch in September with the developer confirming no demo would be available to test the game due to time constraints.
We recently chatted to the team behind F1 2010 about how the development of the game was going; check out our video interview here.
