Sony has released a brand new mini-movie for DC Universe Online also confirming the MMORPG will be available on 2 November for PC and PS3.
The truly stunning trailer shows the heroes and villains of the DC Universe battling across a war-torn city with prominent appearances from Black Adam, Flash, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Deathstroke, Batman, Joker, Lex Luthor and Superman.
Just as Luthor tricks Superman into appearing at the battle and then beating the Man of Steel, the main villain for the storyline is revealed in the form of Brainiac.
It seems you must create your own hero or villain to prevent the forthcoming battle. While the trailer is purely CGI you must admit it’s a marvel to watch and gets you a little mote interested in the MMORPG.
SOE confirmed at Comic-Con this weekend that DC Universe Online will be launching on 2 November and also confirmed PlayStation Plus owners will NOT receive a discount to the monthly subscription fee.
