European Warhammer Online Players To Get 14 Free Days

As part of the Warhammer Online server migration process, which itself follows the transference of publishing and service rights from French telecom company GOA to BioWare Mythic, players in Europe will receive 14 days of subscription-free gaming.

The news comes from an EA press release detailing BioWare Mythics assumption of all publishing, operational and service rights to Warhammer Online in Europe.

"Once the transition begins, access to European servers for WAR will be suspended for 48 to 72 hours as new servers are brought online. The full game will then be accessible and to celebrate all current and former European subscribers will receive 14 days of free gameplay," the release states.

A date for this transition process has not yet been confirmed.
