Gran Turismo 5 To Feature Two Special Editions

PlayStation India boss Atindriya Bose has confirmed Gran Turismo 5 will feature two special editions when it launches.

“For GT5, there are two collector’s editions,” said Bose while speaking to IndianVideoGamer.

“One is the game plus some added content and collectibles, while the other is in a really big package with a lot of paraphernalia that goes beyond the game. It’s all car-related, but I’m unaware of the exact contents,” he explained.

The French version of Amazon has once again let slip a games price with the two collectors editions being listed. The first version is priced at €99,95 EUR while the ultimate edition is priced at a hefty €189, 95 EUR. Better get saving those pennies then!

It’s not the first time in recent weeks that Amazon France has listed a game either early or has pre-announced titles which haven’t been revealed. The Team ICO collection was listed on the retailer’s website last week despite Sony not confirming the game’s existence.

The release date for Gran Turismo 5 was finally revealed at E3 with the highly anticipated PS3 racer launching on 2 November.
