Epic Mickey Details

Warren Spector (of Deus Ex fame) showed up at the Nintendo E3 event to give us more information about the forthcoming Epic Mickey title.

The game will, according to Spector "combine the best of platform, adventure and RPG." One of the sideways-scrolling platforming sections (based on the old Steamboat Mickey short) was shown off, and looked rather nifty in black and white.

Another feature teased was Mickey's ability to draw and erase things. He can, apparently, go so far as to erase scenary and characters (or, indeed, rejuvinate them) allowing players to dynamically change the world. How each player chooses to do this will make a difference to their game.

Sadly for Deus Ex fans, Mickey will not be wearing sunglasses at night to cover his augmented vision.
