Alan Wake 3rd DLC Pack A “Misunderstanding”

Remedy has revealed the talk of a third DLC pack for Alan Wake was a misunderstanding.

Last week we reported how Remedy's Matias Myllyrinne confirmed a third DLC pack for Alan Wake to be released later this year.

However an official statement on the Alan Wake forums confirms that Matias was talking about the second DLC pack 'The Writer'.

"Let me just snip this one in the bud before everybody gets all excited...it's a misunderstanding" the post confirmed.

However the post did state that there very well could be another DLC pack in the future but it will "probably have a lot to do with how the first two do, among other things."
