Microsoft and Ruffian have released the second episode of Crackdown 2's Pacific City Archives.
The animated series offers some background to the storyline in the open world series and episode two, Evil Seed, tells the story of Catalina Thorne, a former Agency medical student who was fired after conducting some off-the-books research. Her revenge, it seems, had a profound effect on Pacific City.
