The Dragon Age: Origins patch for the PlayStation 3 should either be live now, or coming soon.
The patch that's set to fix Dragon's Age crashing bugs on PlayStation 3 is, according to a post from BioWare community man Chris Priestly, "expected at 12 Midnight [sic] tonight PST for North America."
"We do not have an exact time for Europe, but we hope the times will be as close together as possible," continued Priestly, adding "This patch is expected later tonight for all PlayStation 3 fans in North America and Europe."
Judging by the BioWare forum thread, this is not quite what happened.
From what we can tell based on posts on the BioWare forums, the patch is now live in Europe, but not in America. "Patch 1.02 is up and running," wrote one user in Sweden, while another added "Europe is definitely up - I'm in Australia and it's downloading now."
As alignment-shifting DLC pack Darkspawn Chronicles is due out today, we imagine the patch will - at the very latest - simultaneously with the DLC. Nonetheless, we'll keep you posted.
