Modern Warfare 2's Stimulus Package has broken both the day one and week one download records on the PlayStation Network.
The news comes from Infinity Ward's community man Robert Bowling, who Tweeted "Thanks to the 1 Million+ @playstation users who helped the Modern Warfare 2 Stimulus Package break day 1 & week 1 download records on PSN!"
It's far from the first record attributed to Modern Warfare 2. The Guinness Book of Records crowned the game as the fastest-selling entertainment product in its first 24 hours of sale, making it the most successful entertainment launch yet, and the Xbox 360 version of the Stimulus Package also broke download records.
Despite this, we weren't hugely impressed. Still, high hopes for the Resurgence Pack, eh?
