Alan Wake DLC Due Late July

Remedy has revealed via the Alan Wake Facebook page that the game's first DLC episode will hit on 27 July.

If you buy a new copy of the game you'll get a token that will allow you to download the episode, titled "The Signal," for free.

No word on what's contained within, but if it expands on the story a bit we're looking forward to it. It will, however, have superior facial animation, if Remedy's Markus Maki is to be believed.

We loved Alan Wake, describing it as well worth the investment for anyone interested in "horror, a well-told story, or a powerfully atmospheric action adventure." Check out our review for more.
