Activision has announced that five more Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer maps will hit the Xbox 360 on 3 June under the title of the "Resurgence Pack."
Going by Shacknews, there's no word on either pricing or when these maps will hit PC or PS3, but based on what was noted in the Activision Blizzard earnings call last week they'll probably be the same price as the five map Stimulus Pack - $15 USD, or 1200 Microsoft Points.
Back then, ActiBlizz's COO and CFO Thomas Tippl commented that "they've been selling incredibly well" and that "the $15 [USD] price point has still provided a fantastic value to gamers." Of course, he also commented that the pack would launch in the "back half of the year," and June is still in the first half, so you decide on how much faith you want to put on that.
Andy wasn't all that impressed with the Stimulus Package, but we suspect there'll be a lot of 360 users lining up for this on 3 June.
