Metro 2033 DLC Details Confirmed

Metro 2033THQ has released details of the upcoming DLC for Metro 2033.

The ‘Ranger Pack’ will add new weapons, new achievements and the hardcore ‘Ranger Mode’ which dramatically reduces ammo and makes all weapons cause more damage. ‘Ranger Hardcore’ mode the HUD is totally removed, adding an extra level of difficulty to the game but creating a more immersive experience.

There are two new weapons up for grabs as well; the Heavy Automatic Shotgun and the Volt Driver, Miller’s signature gun. Players can also look forward to new achievements and 250 Gamerscore points.

The Ranger Pack will be released on both Xbox LIVE Marketplace and Steam in the very near future, with pricing to be confirmed closer to release.
