First Nier DLC Hits Tomorrow

Square Enix has announced the first DLC pack for its action-RPG Nier, titled "The World of Recycled Vessel."

Apparently, the pages of a diary open a gate to a world that mixes the past and the present. There are 15 "nightmarish" challenge levels within which grant two sets of bonus costumes for your party as well as three new weapons, and there's a special quest tasking you with destroying "your woolliest adversaries."

Sheep and goats, then, and what sounds like a bit of an arena combat mode judging by the rather exact number of battles.

The World of Recycled Vessel will hit the 360 tomorrow and the PlayStation 3 the day after, on 12 May. It'll cost 560 Microsoft Points, or €6.99 EUR.
