Multiple PlayStation Network (PSN) users in Europe are reporting problems with topping up their virtual wallets.
Noble attempts to give Sony money are currently being blocked by an impassive and uncaring "Error 80023103."
People are also reporting issues with the newly-released Modern Warfare 2 Stimulus Package. Many have downloaded and installed the DLC, only to have it not show up on public playlists. Others have claimed they were billed several times in error.
The problems may well be linked, as demand for the Stimulus Package is likely to be high - despite the prohibitive £10.99 GBP price tag.
PSN's EU twitter account has been posting periodic updates on the sealed wallet situation. At the time of writing, the latest post states "We hope to get updates overnight as the issue hasn't been fully resolved yet. As soon as we have any news we'll post them here."
